Description

You will manage the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Nurse Call Systems across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install Nurse Call Systems at new healthcare facilities to ensure full operational readiness.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing systems to maintain performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults within Nurse Call and security systems.
• Provide on-site customer support and conduct system training for clients.
• Prepare detailed service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ELV systems.
• Technical expertise in Nurse Call Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex system faults.
• Experience working within the healthcare domain.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and management.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi, Ranchi, and Kolkata.
• Any Graduate degree or technical qualification.
