Description

Support Microsoft Azure Stack Hub (MASH) environments and ensure system stability through disciplined service frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to maintain service stability.
• Manage incident and problem resolution for hosting environments.
• Support service elements for Private Cloud implementations based on MASH.
• Execute service requirements under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager.

Required Skills

• Active DV Clearance.
• 5+ years of professional experience in service engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Stack Hub (MASH).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with MS SCCM (MECM).
• Knowledge of MS Certificate Services.
• Experience with Microsoft System Management products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps and Remedy.
• Understanding of Public and Private Cloud concepts.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Black Start processes.
