Description

You will support service training plans and execute V&V tasks for Apex NPI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute V&V tasks and ECRs for Apex NPI service procedures and processes.
• Develop and update technical documentation, training materials, and service procedures.
• Coordinate training programs, external contractors, and procedural improvements.
• Support design documentation and develop data requirements for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service process developments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical or service engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM major.
• Proficiency with ALM and service-related data collection tools.
• Experience with V&V processes and FMEA.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating procedures and training manuals.
• Project management experience coordinating contractors and training initiatives.
• Ability to manage design documentation and technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apex NPI service procedures.
• Background in STEM-related fields.
