Description

You will manage IT operations and drive L1/L2 support teams to meet service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Incident, Problem, and Service Request processes within established Service Level Agreements.
• Drive L1/L2 colleagues through technical mentorship and best practice implementation.
• Implement service improvements through automation and incident reduction strategies.
• Execute network operations using ITIL processes to maintain service stability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using analytical thinking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or service management.
• ITIL certification or deep experience running operations with ITIL processes.
• CCNA or CCNP level technical proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and Static Routing.
• Strong knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, and NTP.
• Proficiency with ACLs, Route-maps, and Prefix-Lists.
• Experience with DOT1Q, ISL, SVI, Ether Channel, and Failover.
• Technical understanding of AAA, Tacacs, and RADIUS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
