Description

You will oversee critical IT services including Deskside, Service Desk, SCCM, Tools Management, VDI, Exchange, and Security Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team managing SCCM, Tools, VDI, and Security Services.
• Mentor Deskside Support Technicians and Service Desk Agents to improve performance.
• Manage daily Service Desk operations, including call management, ticket routing, and incident handling.
• Oversee on-site technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and inventory maintenance.
• Monitor service desk KPIs, such as response and resolution times, to drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT service management.
• Direct experience managing SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Proficiency in managing VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and Exchange.
• Experience supervising Deskside Support Technicians and Service Desk Agents.
• Knowledge of Tools Management and Security Services operations.
• Ability to manage hardware and software inventory effectively.
• Experience monitoring and improving IT service KPIs.
