Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow telecom solutions.
• Define scalable and secure ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and leadership teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow SOM, TNI, TSM, and CPQ implementations.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and IntegrationHub.
• Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
• Review and guide development teams on customization, workflows, scripting, and platform optimization.
• Participate in solution strategy, roadmap planning, and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following:
  • ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM)
  • Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)
  • Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)
  • Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, workflows, integrations, and data models.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom application development.
• Experience designing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of telecom domain processes and service lifecycle management.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models
