Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Configure and manage ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
• Build workflows and automate processes using Flow Designer and Automation Rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and manage ACLs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide API usage (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
• Proficiency in Service Portal development using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience scripting with Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL best practices related to Incident and Change Management.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
• Ability to debug and optimize performance using Script Debugger and System Logs.
