Required Skills

8+ years of ServiceNow development or administration experience.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Service Catalog
CMDB / ITOM
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Workflow / Flow Designer.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management.
Understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, or Service Mapping
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
