Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Service Now solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Enhance ITOM processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize Javascript to customize and extend Service Now functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Service Now applications.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of Service Now implementations.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Service Now platform, including ITOM modules.
  • Proficiency in Javascript for customization, scripting, and workflow automation.
  • Experience in Service Now implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy Service Now solutions.
  • Knowledge of Service Now architecture, best practices, and standards.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues.
  • Familiarity with integration methods (REST, SOAP, and API-based integrations).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience.
