You will manage the technical operations, processes, and reporting systems for the Connected Truck ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day issue management, including incidents, outages, maintenance, and executive requests.
Host issue triage meetings and test sessions with vendors to drive root cause identification and validation.
Author and manage test plans and validation reports for mobile apps, sprint releases, in-vehicle testing, and vendor portals.
Manage the enterprise-wide Connected Truck release schedules and participate in Release Change Control Board meetings.
Supervise technical operations activities and the validation of current and future telematics services.
Monitor system performance metrics to identify trends and recommend business system changes.
Required Skills
15+ years of professional experience, including at least five years in automotive technical operations, systems validation, or vendor relationship management.
Expertise in operational and issue management.
Experience with vendor management and authoring Change Requests.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office package.
Knowledge of wireless technologies and telematics systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred Skills
Three years of recent telematics technical experience.
Knowledge of automotive apps, consumer electronics, call center, billing, or service systems.
