Description

You will manage service and operations support solutions while driving performance against KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of support solutions to meet organizational requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with enterprise systems.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including participation in RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes and client pitching.
• Manage client relationships and operating capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify project or business risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in team management.
• ITIL Foundation certification minimum with experience implementing methods in an advisory capacity.
• Proven track record in analyzing operations, enhancing performance, and optimizing processes.
• Experience working in global and complex environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and customer management.
• Structured and analytical problem-solving skills for complex environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in German and/or French.
