You will build and maintain automation frameworks to streamline operational processes and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and Python to streamline operational processes.
• Automate integrations with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Soar Winds for incident management and monitoring.
• Automate batch processes using Informatica and Control-M to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Implement automated monitoring and alert systems using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Use Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure configuration and automation across environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Ansible and Python for automation.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, and other monitoring tools (AIOps, DataDog).
• Knowledge of batch technologies like Informatica and Control-M.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI tools.
