Description

You will evaluate, repair, and assemble valves, actuators, and process control instrumentation at customer facilities or in-house locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Repair valves, electric and pneumatic actuators, and instrumentation.
• Calibrate field instruments including level, pressure, temperature, and flow transmitters.
• Diagnose equipment problems and troubleshoot process control systems.
• Document all jobs accurately and follow on-the-job safety practices.
• Assist with shop assembly tasks and ensure service is completed according to specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service and repair roles.
• Hands-on experience repairing valves and actuators.
• Experience with pneumatic and electric actuator systems.
• Proficiency in calibrating pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters.
• Ability to troubleshoot process control instrumentation.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
