Description

You will service commercial kitchen and laundry appliances across remote mining sites and the Bibra Lake workshop. You own the full repair lifecycle, from diagnosing defects to installing and testing equipment. You use diagnostic tools to evaluate technical information and order necessary replacement parts. You register and record asset performance and repairs using MEX. You provide guidance to customers on proper product usage and handle service inquiries. You travel to remote mining sites on an 8:6 roster.

Responsibilities

• Repair defective or broken equipment and order replacement parts.
• Install and test products, machinery, and equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and evaluate technical information.
• Register and record asset performance and repairs using MEX.
• Provide guidance to customers on proper product usage.

Required Skills

• Gas and electrical maintenance skills or qualifications.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate computer literacy with MS Office and MYOB.
• Strong problem-solving and technical mechanical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Full unrestricted Australian work rights.
• Ability to travel to remote mining sites on an 8:6 roster.
