Description

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential security and automation systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, and reconstruct low voltage electrical equipment per work orders.
• Configure, program, and troubleshoot security and site automation systems.
• Test all components and connections to signal-receiving centers.
• Maintain job sites by cleaning debris, patching holes, and managing materials.
• Report defective materials, equipment inaccuracies, or job omissions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with low voltage electrical equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities.
• Technical support experience.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle for travel to residential sites.
• Ability to complete an initial month of training (online modules and on-site practicals).

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree or equivalent educational background.
