Description

You will maintain and optimize process control technology, communication networks, and control systems for complex industrial plants.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and modernize complex industrial plants and systems.
• Perform error analysis and documentation for Microsoft Windows, networks, and process control systems.
• Act as the technical interface for customers to resolve troubleshooting queries.
• Support customers with system-specific questions throughout the entire plant life cycle.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Technician training or studies in electrical engineering, automation engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in control, network, and process control technology or process engineering.
• Proficiency in process engineering and network/process control technology.
• Very good written and spoken German language skills.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Willingness to travel, particularly during the initial training phase.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing technical support.
