Description

You will maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure and end-user systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain applications and infrastructure, including desktops, servers, printers, and phone systems.
• Analyze system problems, determine root cause, and initiate corrective action for user department requests.
• Manage laptop imaging, OS configuration (Windows/Mac), and domain joining according to standards.
• Administer and maintain the Access Control System, managing employee access cards and rights.
• Coordinate with IT/Facilities teams to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Required Skills

• Minimum four years of experience in PC repair, systems software applications, or user support.
• Experience with Microsoft desktop OS (Windows 8, 9, 10, etc.) and Microsoft O365.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot at the physical network level using measurement hardware.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN Architecture and providing first-level connectivity support.
• Proficiency in System Configuration and maintaining infrastructure systems.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of IT vendor coordination, including tracking service requests via OEM portals.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer programming or a related field or equivalent experience.
