Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceMax solutions and the ServiceMax Go Mobile App.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceMax modules, from high-level design to technical detail.
• Develop Salesforce Aura Components and Lightning Web Components to support business requirements.
• Design and execute integrations between ServiceMax and SAP systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Lead the technical team through the full development lifecycle, including deployment and system audits.
• Manage data migrations, process automation, and the creation of advanced reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceMax capabilities and the ServiceMax Go Mobile App.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency with middleware integration tools including MuleSoft and BOOMI.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Experience performing integrations with SAP systems.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage end-to-end solution implementations.
