Description

Lead access management and security architecture for a complex enterprise ServiceNow environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable access models aligned with enterprise security requirements.
• Configure and enforce access controls, including roles, groups, ACLs, and domain separation.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into role-based access solutions.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog of access-related enhancements and security requirements.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and platform engineering teams to deliver projects end-to-end.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Access Management.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow security architecture: RBAC, Access Control Lists (ACLs), groups, and user provisioning.
• Proven experience designing access models based on specific business requirements.
• Ability to build and manage a prioritized project backlog.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver security and platform projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS, GRC, SecOps, or ITSM environments.
