Description

You will manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support IT service operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities.
• Develop solutions using Service Catalog and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Experience managing CMDB.
• Knowledge of JavaScript for client and server-side scripting.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, or IntegrationHub.
