Description

Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances to ensure platform stability and functionality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade ServiceNow instances to newer versions.
• Configure and maintain platform features including forms, workflows, and reports.
• Manage core ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management and Change Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow instance upgrades.
• Proficiency with Incident Management modules.
• Proficiency with Change Management modules.
• Experience configuring workflows and reports.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
