Description

You will design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform integrity and seamless integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow platform configurations and custom applications.
• Manage data extractions and conversions to maintain platform integrity.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft environments and third-party systems.
• Use Discovery to populate the CMDB and implement Service Mapping for business service visualization.
• Communicate technical requirements and project updates to leadership and functional staff.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience configuring, designing, and developing in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with CSM (Customer Service Management).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Knowledge of State and Federal laws regarding IT implementations.
• Experience with project management and procurement/contract monitoring requirements.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM certifications.
• Experience with performance tuning, data security, and ACL implementation.
