Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience with system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage operational requirements independently.
• Knowledge of IT service management principles.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification (e.g., CAD, CIS).
• Experience with custom application development.
