Description

You will manage data integrity and application administration within the ServiceNow CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage data loads into ServiceNow systems.
• Administer the ServiceNow CMDB application.
• Update, create, and manage data within ServiceNow.
• Configure reports and dashboards for the CMDB.
• Create scheduled jobs to monitor data completeness and correctness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• ServiceNow CMDB application administration.
• CMDB CI Librarian expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Data Loads.
• Proven ability to maintain Data Accuracy.
• Proficiency in creating Reports and Dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
