Description

Manage, configure, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support business workflows and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, applications, workflows, and custom scripts to meet business requirements.
• Manage user access, groups, and roles to ensure appropriate permissions and security controls.
• Perform platform updates, patching, and regular system maintenance.
• Design custom applications and develop optimizations to resolve platform bottlenecks.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to monitor KPIs and system health.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and applications.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies.
