Description

You will manage, configure, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support business workflows and system performance.

Manage user access, groups, and roles to ensure appropriate permissions and security controls. Perform platform updates, patching, and regular system maintenance. Design custom applications and develop optimizations to resolve platform bottlenecks. Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to monitor KPIs and system health.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, applications, workflows, and custom scripts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and applications.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies.
