Job Summary: We are looking for skilled ServiceNow professionals (Admin/Developer) to support ongoing project and operational needs in an onsite staff augmentation model. The role involves development, administration, and support of ServiceNow platforms ensuring smooth operations and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ServiceNow development and administrative support as per project requirements
• Work on ITSM/ITOM modules for implementation, enhancements, and maintenance
• Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely operational support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
• Hands-on experience in ITSM and/or ITOM modules
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization
• Ability to quickly onboard and adapt to project needs
