Description

Administer and develop ServiceNow platforms, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules to ensure operational stability and SLA compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide development and administrative support for ServiceNow projects.
• Implement, enhance, and maintain ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Ensure strict SLA adherence and deliver timely operational support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable, efficient solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM and/or ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization.
• Ability to quickly onboard and adapt to dynamic project demands.
• Experience working in onsite or staff augmentation engagement models.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
