Description

You will provide ServiceNow development and administrative support for project requirements, focusing on ITSM and/or ITOM modules for implementation, enhancements, and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely operational support while ensuring strict SLA compliance.
• Implement, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic project demands within an onsite engagement model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM modules.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization.
• Experience with SLA management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
