Description

You will provide ServiceNow development and administrative support for project requirements, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement, enhance, and maintain ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Ensure SLA compliance and deliver timely operational support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable solutions.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform and manage customizations.
• Quickly onboard and adapt to evolving project needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining a 3-year tenure in previous ServiceNow roles.
