Description

You will manage configuration and asset management processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring CMDB accuracy and supporting IT Asset Management workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMDB policies, processes, and knowledge bases to ensure CI accuracy and completeness.
• Administer ServiceNow Discovery and additional modules to support configuration and asset management.
• Conduct discovery workshops to consolidate data sources using the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and platform governance.
• Design and document requirements for efficient processes, including self-service options.
• Manage IT Asset Management integrations, procurement, reporting, and data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration and asset management.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow CMDB.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM.
• Experience with Hardware and Software Asset Management processes and governance.
• Ability to manage operational integration of IT Asset Management workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience drafting technical process documentation and conducting configuration audit reporting.
