Description

You will manage and administer the ServiceNow platform with a focus on configuration and asset management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop CMDB policies, processes, and knowledge bases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Administer ServiceNow Discovery and additional platform modules to support IT configuration and asset management.
• Conduct discovery workshops to consolidate data sources using the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Manage the integration and centralization of IT Asset Management processes, including procurement and reporting.
• Draft technical process documentation and requirements for efficient process design and self-service options.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent ServiceNow experience involving core platform support and development.
• In-depth knowledge of technical implementation for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
• ServiceNow Administration Certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with CSDM and platform governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
