Description

You will manage and support the ServiceNow platform, focusing on configuration, asset management, and data accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and assigned modules to ensure data completeness.
• Develop CMDB policies, processes, and knowledge bases while conducting configuration audits.
• Lead discovery workshops to consolidate data sources using the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Design and document requirements for efficient processes, including self-service options and automated workflows.
• Manage IT Asset Management processes, including procurement, reporting, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent ServiceNow experience in core platform support and development.
• In-depth technical implementation knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and HRSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience managing Software Asset Management processes and governance.
• Proven ability to draft technical process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an Associate degree with relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
