You will manage and support the ServiceNow platform through core administration and development activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer core platform support and development tasks.
• Manage ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and HRSD.
• Maintain platform integrity and configuration.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Administration Certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with CMDB.
• Experience with HRSD.
• Proficiency in managing ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
