Description

You will manage and administer the ServiceNow platform, focusing on configuration, asset management, and CMDB integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMDB policies, processes, and knowledge bases to ensure CI accuracy.
• Administer ServiceNow Discovery, configuration, asset management, and assigned modules.
• Conduct discovery workshops to consolidate data sources using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Manage IT Asset Management process integration, including procurement, reporting, and data integrity.
• Draft technical process documentation and define requirements for efficient process design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent ServiceNow experience in core platform support and development.
• 10 years of in-depth knowledge in technical implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
• ServiceNow Administration Certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly scripting.
• REST and SOAP integrations.
• HTML and CSS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (general).
