Description

You will manage the operational administration of the ServiceNow platform and establish data governance standards. You will own the platform's health, compliance, and data integrity while collaborating with engineering and asset management teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational administrative tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain reports for business leadership.
• Collaborate with the Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNow Engineer to build data governance processes and documentation.
• Identify deprecated data or functionality and execute removal plans.
• Monitor platform licensing usage to ensure compliance and audit new integrations against governance standards.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience in a professional environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow base tables and relationships.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and ITSM modules.
• Understanding of ServiceNow licensing and subscription models.
• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structures.
• Ability to present ServiceNow best practices and technical knowledge to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance documentation and audit processes.
• Background in IT asset management or configuration management.
