Description

You will manage ServiceNow administration, maintenance, and business analysis responsibilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Mid Servers, including installation and testing.
• Execute ServiceNow maintenance processes, specifically environment cloning.
• Manage the Customer Service Management (CSM) module and handle Service Requests.
• Provide Business Analysis support with a focus on technical documentation.
• Perform ongoing platform administration and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Mid Server configuration and management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow maintenance workflows, including cloning procedures.
• Deep knowledge of the CSM module and Service Request lifecycle.
• Strong Business Analysis capabilities, particularly in documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
