Description

You will design and develop solutions across ServiceNow SPM, ITAM, and ITSM modules, managing platform integrity and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts to support business processes.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage data integrity and governance within the CMDB and Asset Management modules.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and impact assessments while troubleshooting issues.
• Support user training and onboarding within an Agile delivery framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in SPM (Demand, Resource, Agile/SAFe, Financial Planning, PPM) and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Hands-on experience with ITAM modules including HAM, SAM Pro, and Discovery.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Deep understanding of CMDB relationships with ITAM and ITSM.
• Experience with data modeling, reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Ability to work within Agile processes using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Reporting/PA.
