Description

You will manage, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure seamless operations and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, compliance, and daily operations.
• Manage application upgrades, security patches, and performance optimization.
• Customize UI policies, scripts, workflows, and automation processes.
• Maintain CMDB database integrity using Discovery or equivalent methods.
• Execute data transfers and integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AngularJS.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with CMDB management and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work within global teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
