ServiceNow Administrator

You will manage data integrity and administration within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage data loads into ServiceNow.
• Maintain data accuracy across the system.
• Administer the ServiceNow CMDB application.
• Update, create, and manage data within ServiceNow systems.
• Configure reports and dashboards for the CMDB.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• Direct experience with CMDB application administration.
• Proficiency in managing data loads and system data updates.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Ability to develop scheduled jobs for data validation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
