Description

You will manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, focusing on asset and configuration management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer ServiceNow modules, specifically SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB.
• Manage SAMPro maturation and oversee the SAMPro Workspace to optimize operations.
• Implement HAMPro for hardware asset management and develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Maintain the Service Portal to support ITSM user experience.
• Resolve technical issues and support incident, problem, and change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Senior Developer.
• Hands-on expertise with SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules.
• Proven experience with SAMPro maturation and Workspace management.
• Technical proficiency in implementing integrations and managing the Service Portal.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
• Any Graduate degree.
