Description

You will manage, configure, and develop within the ServiceNow platform to support IT operations and business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow configurations and custom business applications to meet specific requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, access controls, and security settings across the platform.
• Develop and deploy custom workflows, forms, reports, and applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using APIs.
• Provide Level 2 support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical platform issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform features, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to perform regular platform maintenance and backups.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
