Description

Lead the design, administration, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow, including customization and scripting, to meet enterprise IT service management needs.
• Develop upgrade plans, standard operating procedures, and best practices for system management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system incidents, service requests, and tasks.
• Define and review IT service metrics to drive continuous improvements in efficiency.
• Manage technical requirement gathering sessions and translate them into functional platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT operations, support, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience specifically administering the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM or ServiceNow ITOM administration, configuration, and scripting.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL best practices and methods.
• Experience working within or leading IT operations teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, deployment lifecycles, and integration testing.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines and complex projects using established methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL Foundation, Managing Professional, or other advanced ITIL certifications.
