Description

Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform with a focus on configuration, asset management, and CMDB governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow Discovery, configuration, and asset management modules.
• Develop CMDB policies, processes, and knowledge base documentation.
• Maintain CI accuracy and conduct regular configuration audits and reconciliation reporting.
• Conduct discovery workshops to consolidate data sources using the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Design and document technical requirements for automated, self-service processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow CMDB.
• Deep understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Experience managing Hardware and Software Asset Management processes.
• Ability to draft technical process documentation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and platform governance.
