Description

You will manage and expand the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Public Sector Digital Services and ITSM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ITSM module, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Prepare the platform for expansion, specifically focusing on Public Sector Digital Services.
• Maintain platform integrity using update sets, scoped applications, and integrations.
• Document system configurations and processes clearly.
• Handle multiple priorities independently.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience working with ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience in a public sector or Medicaid environment.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow update sets and scoped applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Public Sector Digital Services modules.
