Description

You will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Maintain discovery health by troubleshooting IP and network device issues, managing Service Mapping, and building MID servers.
• Design and build solutions using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Draft and execute CMDB process plans, resource manager dashboards, and operationalization project plans.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow support to test, validate, and migrate new or modified applications to production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Hands-on experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in Configuration Management and Service Catalog development.
• Experience building and designing within Service Portal and Flow Designer.
• Technical knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, and Service Mapping.
• Ability to manage MID server builds and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and CMDB assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
