Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert and project lead for ServiceNow implementations and platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and administer the existing CMDB, researching and resolving data conflicts.
• Lead the rollout of Resource Manager, including development of complex reports and dashboards.
• Interview functional and technical staff to gather requirements for system analysis and design.
• Plan and develop test data to validate new or modified applications within the platform.
• Coordinate and train technical resources while managing project plans and timelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator managing day-to-day platform administration.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB management and integrating third-party data sources.
• Direct experience implementing Resource Manager, Time Sheet Portal, and Project Management modules.
• Proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Strong background in systems analysis, design, and programming.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and manage project progress within ServiceNow.
