Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert and project lead for ServiceNow initiatives, focusing on operational excellence and platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and administer the existing CMDB, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Coordinate and train technical resources to resolve CMDB conflicts and issues effectively.
• Lead the final rollout and adoption of the Resource Manager module.
• Build complex reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform to drive insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
• Proven experience managing and administering a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Ability to lead technical projects, manage stakeholders, and meet milestone deliverables.
• Strong proficiency in building advanced reports and dashboards using ServiceNow tools.
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
