Description

You will manage and configure the ServiceNow platform to support core IT service processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Customize the platform using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Manage data and reporting through relational databases and SQL.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Align platform configurations with ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with JavaScript and Glide scripting for platform customization.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data management.
• Experience performing system integrations via APIs and web services.

Preferred Skills

• BE, BTech, or MCA degree.
