Description

You will manage and support the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow applications and enterprise software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test new ServiceNow applications, flows, and scripts.
• Maintain existing systems by identifying and correcting defects.
• Assess, test, and implement software version updates and security patches.
• Analyze business objectives to prepare action plans for system modifications.
• Coordinate software updates and work with vendors to configure and enhance products.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JS libraries.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS.
• Strong understanding of application interfaces and API architecture.
• Experience with relational database design, data modeling, and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative, test-driven development.
• Experience using source code control and software configuration management tools.
• Familiarity with continuous integration environments, automated testing, and build automation.

Preferred Skills

• C#/.NET development experience.
• Experience with Git.
